Bad corporate renters. They will up your rent every 6-9 months without providing any extra services, and then rase it again, and rase it again. So you're paying a ridiculous amount for a hole in the wall studio barely worth $700. Not to be trusted.

April has been great even before landed on US soil. She was a life saver,replied in a timely manner,is kind and professional. The price is reasonable for the size. No particular amenity in the building. The people are not particularly nice in general,they don't greet and do not respond when you greet ( not everyone of course but most). I left because I could hear everything from the street, down to the people sneezing or talking. I could hear every passing car and the ones with loud music shook everything in the appartment including the building. The blinds are see through,therefore you have all the light coming in when you are trying to sleep,the windows do not open easily or properly. After trying hard for 3 months sleeping with earplugs and a mask ,I just couldn't anymore. Ohh you can hear your next door neighbor when on the phone just FYI. Other than that I would have stayed for a short period of time I am in the US (18 months) considering the competitive price if I wasn't not such a light sleeper. The appartment was descent. This place sucked. Tiny space no room for anything, building creeks like it's about to cave in. The sound of the building cricketing would actually get irritating it would happen so often and would get so loud it was the worst. The shower was absolutely D- SCUSTING has original tiles from 1912 all the grime u rinse from ur body gets stuck in grout lines and does not clean no matter how hard you scrub. It was horrible. I asked them to pls re-paint the floor in shower to white.... I had to find a place to stay for 2 days because no one was supposed to be in apt... And after having to find a place to stay for the night they call and say oh it's not done yet sorry!! Will need another day... Like i can just snap my finger and have a place to stay another night while they finish it.... Come back home just to find that the paint job they did didn't even cover the nasty black grout lines and was a complete waste of time. Needless to say the grout lines went back to black and whatever other color grime is in no time and cleaning it up was just NOT POSSIBLE. The worst smell coming from halls I've been in 711 bathrooms with better smelling air fresheners... You figure you could invest in a decent air freshener at least but no. The smell of the air freshener in hallway was so bad I almost wanted to complain a couple times. When I moved out it took them a whole month to get me my statement of accounting... And never got me the money that is owed to me. 5-6 weeks later the manager playing wild goose chase with my check after pleading with her that I need to get my rent in w that money she tells me to wait and wait and wait some more then when she finally told me she would get me my check she goes missing and haven't heard back from her yet. Who knows how long it will take now just to get some kind of a response from her when she told me she would get it for me now she up and went missing for the whole day. At this point Im actually concerned for her well being.. not sure what could have happened but she just went M.I.A come time to give me my money. What a JOKE.

I would never recommend living here, I wish I could give it no stars but I guess one star will do. The apartments are so tiny that the prices that they are asking for is way to much especially for the fact that they offer no amenities for the asking price. Doesn’t matter what floor you live on it smells like mold/ a smell that I can’t pinpoint. The washer and driers are always out of order. The water pressure is a joke and it takes about an hour just for some warm water. Make sure you bring a space heater cause during the winter you will be freezing because the furnace is always broken. The ceilings are always falling apart from the pipes and it takes weeks for them to come look at it. You could go anywhere in downtown and find a better set up then at the regency.

Disgusting living conditions. Moldy windows. Huge scary bugs. Disgusting hallways that smell like dirty carpet. Broken basic amenities take forever to get fixed. Left the apartment cleaner than it was when I moved in. Still got charged "cleaning" fees.
