I am so glad I chose "Splash" to jump into as my newest abode! I am a newbie resident and so far I have had only positive experiences. Even though it is a larger than my previous apartment community, I feel like a V.I.P. with the people in the rental office. ***I have now been a resident of Splash for 3 months! I made it through my first holiday season, which are now smile memories, and look forward to a New Year to boldly navigate the ups and downs that this time in history has presented us with. The Splash Management team of elves helped to create many of my smiles this past December. They provided a wreath creating/gift wrapping get together with spot on materials and help (if you needed it) to make a wreath, or wrap a present or two with LOTS of bows/ribbons/snowflakes to satisfy the many different aesthetic tastes one will encounter in large(er) communities such as Splash. A hearty THANK YOU!! and a bit of a shout out to Olivia and Thomas for their patience and good cheer! Oh and I almost forgot to mention that beverages and snacks were also on hand. The common areas were festively decorated and WE HAD THE SANTAS!!! I realize this is a bit lengthy, however I need to mention that for those of us who brought real trees into our spaces, the management has arranged for all of our trees/wreaths to be picked up at no charge! Just one more reason that I am still feeling like a V.I.P.

Complete Honesty Pros: •The staff. The friendliest staff you will find. I can’t thank the staff enough for dealing with all of the mayhem of this property. • Community Events. Expect 3 events per month. • Gas Range. Amazing for cooking. • Very Dog friendly. • Rooftop Amenities are beautiful but don’t expect to use the cinema often as it stays booked. The one time I was able to use it someone interrupted 3 times. • Location: Walkable , Bikeable, Public Transport Accessible. Cons: • Cleanliness. There is no full time housekeeping. The crew that comes M,W,F focuses on the first floor, amenity spaces, and elevators. Halls and stairways are vacuumed very sparingly. I lived here 6 weeks before my hall was vacuumed. • Smell. Due to the lack of true cleaning the halls often smell. • Trash Disposal. You will have to haul all of your recyclables to P1 and often times that is overflowing. The Trash Chute goes out of service because waste management doesn’t come daily. There is a pile of furniture/rubbish collecting because the property has not hired a junk removal company. • Landscaping. The beautiful water feature is turned off. The excuse being to prevent pipes from freezing in the cold. Y’all it’s summer/fall AND flowing water prevents pipes from freezing/bursting. Lack of greenery there is an empty gravel space to the side of the property that could be used as dog park or community garden instead of empty gravel. • THIN Walls: You can hear ALOT and mind you this property isn’t fully occupied yet. • Elevator. The elevator was down for several weeks. To be fair I felt the staff handled it as best as they could. A broken elevator added to the stress of moving. • Lack of transparency in management/staff changes. Kimberly the former property manager left and no updates have been provided in weeks. • Kombucha/Cold brew station is refilled seldom. Probably in stock 5 days per months tops I hope the experience here changes. I’ll update this honest review as the property improves. I feel it’s important for residents to share the experience and give people apartment hunting a true insight of what they are getting into.
