I love living at The Canyons. Every time I leave and come back, I’m blown away by how welcoming the common spaces feel. The Canyons staff go above and beyond to make things easy from picking up packages to flowers in the lobby and warm pasties. The best part about living at The Canyons is its diverse group of residents of all ages and familial structures, which makes coming home feel safe and accessible. It’s a beautiful space with light and fresh air flowing through the walkways. Also there are so many amazing pets! 🐶🐶🐶

The Canyons is by far one of my favorite places I've lived in. The amenities and overall feel of the units here are top of the line considering the price. Everything is so well laid out and comfortable! But that's not even the best part - the people really do make The Canyons a great place to live. Caroline does a fantastic job of making this place feel like a community with how supportive she is of the residents and putting together different events! Maya is an excellent facilities manager and is attentive to any request - things get done quickly :) And the residents in this building are all so friendly and respectful of each other. Overall I think when you're looking for a place to live, especially in Northeast Portland, you have to consider The Canyons.

I love the Canyons, feels like a long-term vacation. Beautiful view, grocery store across the street, super convenient laundry, nice neighbors, wonderful community. The on-site staff is very friendly and accommodating, hosting fun community events and keeping everything clean and running smooth.

After a lot of searching, finding The Canyons apartment felt like a dream come true - and living there for 6 months reinforced that feeling. Yes, the apartments are gorgeous (the lighting and wood ceilings)! Yes, they are the right amount of space for the money (I work from home). Yes, the location is fabulous. But the real selling point is the energy and environment of the building and the people. The team (Caroline, Megan and Joel) are warm and helpful and fully engaged in the community - beyond exceeding my expectations. The residents (many are seniors that live here long term) make it feel like a cozy, welcome community - where everyone genuinely cares. Running into your neighbors is a pleasure. The monthly community dinners are a real treat (along with the weekly baked goods :). I loved my time here. It was healing during a time of tough transition. And I was sad to leave. I highly recommend The Canyons and hope you enjoy it as much as I did!

I thoroughly enjoyed my time at the Canyons. The lobby is warm and inviting. The resident breakfast provided in the community room was a lovely gesture! The garage feels secure which is really important to me. It’s really cool that you offer resident events too! It’s a great way to meet and get to know your neighbors. The common areas were always clean and adding the furniture and art elevated the ambience! I received wonderful service anytime I contacted the front desk with any questions or concerns. Both Caroline and Megan have helped me at different times. Overall, my experience was good and there’s no changes I would recommend! Just keep doing what you’re doing!
