New edit. The quality of living here is going down while the prices and gouging for random crap goes up. Half of the time there's no one in the office, packages are frequently stolen, I don't think we have security anymore. I keep my apt for licked at all times, because I've frequently seen people in here that do not belong here. New MGMT company is a joke. We have lived here about a month, and we love it!! The neighbors we have met are really nice, management and other employees have also been very nice. There is just so much great stuff about the building, and you can tell it was well the thought out. Wonderful amenities, layout, just everything. We seriously couldn't be happier. Edit: been here 3 months now, and still love it.

While living here, I have nothing but good things to say about my experience. The neighborhood is great. The location is great. Secure parking and a secure building is great. Their rooftop is absolutely incredible. Their apartments are well taken care of kept clean and the Leasing staff is very responsive. They are kind, empathetic, reasonable, And understand how to properly address situations as they arise in a timely manner.

This place is better than it was, The new management change has been great. Lots of anti theft measures have been put in place since people are getting more creative. If you don't let random people in from the street, it's actually pretty secure. My work orders that I put in get done same day.
