Located two blocks west of BYU south campus, just off University Ave, the Foxwood Condos are spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bath (4 person) OR 3-bedroom, 2-bath (6 person) condos. The living room has large closets for additional storage. The kitchen has lots of counter space as well as enough cabinets for all tenants to use. A dishwasher, washer, and dryer are included in the unit. All rooms are large shared rooms with individual closets and are furnished with beds, dressers, and a desk. Each tenant can rent their own assigned parking spot, with mostly underground parking available: $20 for above-ground parking or $30 for underground parking. There is enough space for each tenant to have their own parking space. The Foxwood Condos are less than a 5-minute walk from UTA, UVX, and BYU Ryde stops Year contracts run through August 2027. The deposit is equal to two times the monthly rent rate up to $1000. Total rent owed is divided into 12 equal payments due on the first of each month. Tenants are responsible for actual electricity used, which will be posted to your online account where you pay rent. The unit is wired for Google Fiber.
