Terrible place. Listen to the reviews. It’s on the expensive side yet their quality of rooms and amenities is terrible

Poor management, Overpriced, Bad maintenance
Do not rent from here. There is no early lease clause, management is awful, amenities are broken, they constantly delete comments calling them out on ‘giveaways’ social media pages, so many fees that are not explicitly, visibly, boldly, and clearly communicated on the the part of your lease contracted describing
terms of rent. They have bug problems and you really get a lot less than you pay for. They make you pay for parking for four times more than if you bought a permit through the Utah Parking System
You get a lot less for what you’re paying for. Find a different place to rent

Great location, Caring management, Good maintenance
Alpine Village is such a wonderful place to live! It is a little pricy in my opinion, but they offer so many amenities that it makes up for it. I love the fitness center, pool and hot tub, pickleball nets, and UVU will hold fun activities in the Clubhouse regularly!
The maintenance staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The front desk staff are nice and willing to work with you as well! The hardest part about living here is selling your contract. The transfer fee is extremely large and there are more people trying to sell then to buy. That being said, it is a great deal if you buy someone's contract for Spring/Summer because August will already be paid for!
i liked living here!! the biggest problem we had was that when we moved in, our carpets were disgusting (couldn’t walk around barefoot because our feet would turn black instantly) and we kept asking the management if they would clean it for us and they never did anything. other than
really nice apartments, but ours was dirty when we moved in

Worth the money, Safe, Great location
Awesome apartment complex, super social with lots of great amenities like the pool/hot tub, gym, and pickeball/basketball/volleyball court. There is plenty of underground parking, I have never had to worry about parking. There is plenty of storage space in the kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom. The apartment comes furnished, including a
TV which is super nice. Overall, a great place to live!
Very social complex. Lots of opportunities to meet new people and connect, through community amenities like
the pool/hot tub, club house, grill area, and pickleball court. There are also lots of social events in the clubhouse and outside, with food, activities, and more! There is always something going on.
10/10 would recommend, Best in town, Good maintenance
I’ve loved living here, I’m only moving for work. I’ve had great roommates and an awesome time with everyone in my ward at alpine village. The gym works well and the staff are really nice. I really enjoy the hot tub too!

Regular resident events and giveaways. Year round pool and hot tub. Fountain drinks and 24 hour
fitness center. You can even make online clubhouse reservations.
Overpriced, Poor management, Would not live here again
Maintenance requests never get done, hot tube and a lot of other amenities are always out of commission. If you want a great place for your money, stay far away from alpine village and any other complexes managed by redstone residential.

Management has got to be one of the biggest jokes. A bunch of lying, manipulative scumbags
that will do anything and everything to get every last penny out of you. Do not live here

If you’re on the hunt for a sophisticated and cozy apartment in the vibrant city of Provo, Utah, your search ends at Alpine Village. This exceptional apartment complex offers a delightful combination of stylish living spaces, top-notch amenities, and a recent change in management that has taken things to new heights. Prepare to be impressed by the array of upgraded features and spacious rooms that make Alpine Village the perfect place to call home. But don’t just take our word for it, here’s what a resident had to say about it:
Your living experience can be greatly impacted by the quality of management, and having exceptional owners can alleviate the stress that too often comes with renting. Not only is management quality important, but also quality of the actual apartments. Let’s be honest, nobody wants to live in a dump, and luckily Alpine Village is not even close. Here’s what a resident had to say:
Alpine Village quality is top-notch because of their attention to detail in maintaining the property and their commitment to providing excellent customer service to their tenants. It’s that simple!
Location
Directly to the West of BYU campus and only a few minute drive to UVU, Alpine Village sits in the perfect location to take advantage of all Provo has to offer. Not only will you be close to school, but you’ll also be a very short walk away from Momo’s, Dutch Bro’s, Penguin Bro’s, Rancherito’s, and Dairy Queen.
Floor Plans and Pricing
All Alpine Village apartments have four private rooms, 2 bathrooms with external sinks, and in-unit laundry. No more hauling the laundry basket down four flights of stairs, this time the washing machine will be right outside your bedroom. The Kitchen and living area is also spacious, perfect for having friends or study groups over. Here’s a look at the layout and style of the rooms:
The room prices range from $565-$585 (depending on what floor you live on), and that is actually one of the cheapest prices you will find for a private room at a complex this nice in Provo. Most other complexes will range from $625-$700.
Amenities
The management did not skimp out on the amenities. At all. Here’s what they have to offer:
In-unit Washer and Dryer
Full-size Basketball Court
Clubhouse
Free Soda Machine
24-Hour Fitness center
Gigabit Internet & HD DIRECTV
Pool table
Outdoor Grills
Granite Counter Tops
