Good maintenance, Worth the money, Great location

This is an excellent townhome row to live in for a few big reasons. Every bedroom has a private bathroom, there are 2 fridges for 5 people, so much storage space, and a large living room and kitchen that is fully furnished. It is a high quality row that is

so close to the BYU campus for a decent price!

10/10 would recommend, Worth the money, Great location

I have absolutely loved living here. It has been the perfect situation and place for me after I came home from my mission. I have lived here for two years and I have made so many friends and met so many amazing people. The location is perfect and the management

There is a prefect setting to meet and get to know people right outside on the

grassy area in between the apartment complex.

I haven't had any personal problems with them. They only make you pay once for a

parking pass and they are very responsive when we need help.

You have to go out of your way to be social, as each unit is separated

from each other. That being said, the ward is amazing! Seriously feels like a family.

Be aware there are different managements for the different units. Some units have a fifth person

living in the basement while others didn't. Management is reasonable when responding to complaints.
