Contract available end of April through August 14. A private room AND private bathroom. The room is in the basement by itself and is actually huge. The room has a full sized bed, desk, dresser with mirror, and large closet. There are two shared bedrooms in the townhouse as well. I've know the current tenants for a while and they're the best roommates you could ask for. One of them may be willing to sell if you have a friend. There is a washer and dryer in unit. Parking is included with rent. Each townhouse has two reserved covered parking spots and overflow parking. It’s 2.5 blocks south of BYU campus (about ten minutes walking to get to the middle of campus, also close to a bus station). This is definitely my favorite place that I lived in Provo!! I love the ward and I love the location, I’m only selling because I’m graduating and leaving Provo. I am offering discounted rent. The rent in the contract that'll you need to pay the landlord is $600/mo but I will pay you back $205/mo that you take the contract.
