By far my favorite place I have lived in in Provo! I have lovedddd living in these apartments! There is so much space and management is very easy to contact/they respond quickly. Very comfortable living space and amazing people who live in the complex as well. I cannot recommend living here enough!!!

Seems like a really great place to live! I never got the chance to live here due to some changes right before moving in so I had to sell my contract. There were a few hiccups along the way which made it very stressful, but in the end the managment and landlord did everything they could to help me sell it. I really appreciated them working through it with me and being understanding.

Best place I've ever lived in Provo! It is super close to campus and the price is amazing. They have very large rooms, assigned covered parking spots, and a washer/dryer.

A tenant of the complex was selling her contract on the Buy and Sell BYU Approved Housing Facebook page. A very close friend of mine commented on the post to buy the contract off of her mid summer term. She said the apartment was hers and that she had to go through the landlord. The landlord never contacted her and a week later my friend came to find out they sold the contract to someone else. My friend talked to the landlord and the landlord was extremely rude and dishonest about the situation. Managment was disorganized and insensitive. Horrible experience.

The atrium is a nice apartment complex but offers little parking. As a frequent visitor, it is a drawback to find parking on the street and walk over! But the building and the apartments themselves are quite nice
