There is an always empty parking lot across the street from Chom. I parked there for thirty minutes, and when I came back out had a boot. Literally a total of three cars in the parking lot. Seems a little extreme to be booting cars in an empty parking lot
in the middle of the day.

Safe, 10/10 would recommend, Worth the money
I've lived here for 3 years and the apartments have some great girls and it's in a fantastic ward. There's always a bunch of parking available and it's in a really convenient spot. Definitely recommend
