No club house, but meeting spot is called the gap. Great down to earth ward members. BYU bus outside. Apt. 11 has washer and dryer. Best price in most of Provo. Has balcony.

Great location. Not far from BYU campus. VASA is just down the street along with several restaurants, namely Taxo Bell, Mo’Bettahs, Little Cesars, and Don Chuys. King Henry across the street is a blast. The people here are fantastic. However, it’s definitely a little overpriced. But still a nice place to live.

Brownstone is an overall great spot to live. The apartments aren't the nicest in Provo, but for the price, it is second to none. My favorite part is the location, right next to king henry, the bus stop, and VASA.
