Super friendly community, Campus Plaza feels like home!

This complex has a fun, social vibe and great potential — but there’s a major issue that can’t be ignored. Nearly every room has a strong, rancid smell that never seems to go away. It’s not a one-off; it’s consistent throughout the property. Management really needs to invest in a professional, bulk deep-cleaning solution to get this under control. If cleanliness and air quality matter to you, this is something you should seriously consider before moving in.

Over all its a great place. The ward is awesome and its so close to campus. Definitely a great place to same money cause it is so cheap and you drive way less.

While it becomes quickly evident that the apartments were built in the 70s, the atmosphere is positive, the maintenance crew is fairly responsive, and the people who gravitate to the complex are fabulous. A lovely community. Just couldn't give it 5 stars due to the age, packing the rooms with 3 to a room, and sometimes quick-fix maintenance solutions that didn't last long and were difficult to communicate with in English. Would generally recommend.

Campus Plaza is very social and fun! Closest you can get to campus! I walked from home to the MARB in less than 5 minutes! The rent is pretty cheap and the maintenance and office employees are very friendly. Laundry and mail are in the main building. The kitchen is small though and shared with 6 people, so not the best if you love taking up a lot of space cooking. 2 refrigerators, 3 people to a room with bunk beds. Plenty of storage space for your things. The biggest downside is 6 people sharing one bathroom, but if you don’t care about sharing a bathroom, then you’ll have a great time! I have loved living there and the wards are always very open and loving! I’m always getting invited to do activities or go to game nights! 100% recommend!

Campus Plaza is a wonderful set of apartments. They're definitely not modern, but they're built tough. For being older, they are surprisingly pest free! I maybe saw a couple ants once and that was it. There is great social space, sufficient parking, it's cheap, and it's close to campus! All of that though, is entirely second to the people who live here. They are some of the kindest, friendliest, most social, and most spiritual people I have ever known. My only complaint is that there isn't enough married housing so that I could still live there 😊

I'm living here now and I love it. I just signed up for another year. The staff is friendly. The social scene is super open and social. The only drawback is that the apartments are small and a little ghetto, 6 residents and one bathroom.
