If I could give less than one star, I would. I lived here for two years. I had good roommates and the ward was amazing, but management has been extremely disappointing. When I moved in, I paid a $600 security deposit. I moved out last August, and they withheld $85, which was fair. However, I only received a check for $215, even though they still owe me $300. I provided proof of this. It has now been six months of me reaching out, and I keep being told there is an issue with the financial office, that someone is sick, or that they are unable to process the payment. Jocelin even gave me her personal phone number, yet I still have received no update and, most importantly, no money. I am very upset and disappointed with management. I have been patient and respectful throughout this entire process. They expect tenants to pay rent on time, yet they cannot return a security deposit on time, which is against Utah law. If you are considering moving here, be very careful. And if anyone who can actually help resolve this issue is reading this, I would appreciate your assistance.

Ignore the bad reviews. These apartments are a little dated, but they have good management and respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner. The price of rent is also affordable too.

The management has been VERY difficult to work with. The response times have been unbelievably long and they never answer me their phone. There have been many miscommunications and the renters always take the fall. I liked living at East Point (managed by campus way) but trying to get things right with management has been a nightmare. If you decide to live here make sure to double check all transactions and keep records.

I've had a few ups and downs as I was settling down, but overall the management here, Angel, Joslin, Andrea, and Andrew (Drew) have been amazing, helpful, professional, understanding, and very friendly. They are also great communicators, and have always been a step ahead when needed. When my roommates and I had our problems in the house, they were always quick on their feet to be of assistance, and treated everything as if it was priority number 1. These guys are awesome, and I cannot be more grateful to them for making my experience here social and comfortable. Shout out to Angel, Joslin, Andrea and Drew for all their hardwork and professionalism.

DO NOT LIVE HERE!!! Management is very bad and the apartments are very old. Honestly, the worst renting experience possible here. They also make their own laws, the contract is written in a way that is only for their interest. I was wrongfully evicted because one of my roommates didn't like me and had made friends in the office. I literally was homeless for a few days because I got evicted with practically no warning or the legally required 30 day notice. GO ELSEWHERE OR YOU'LL BE SORRY!!!

HORRIBLE DO NOT LIVE HERE, THE WORST MANAGEMENT My apartment flooded while I was out of town destroying thousands of dollars worth of property. The flood happened due to negligence on the part of the maintenance staff yet they took zero responsibility for anything. They did not help to recuperate any of my losses, including an expensive computer. I will never live anywhere again under this management.
