- I’m looking for someone to take over my Aug 2026 - Aug 2027 lease at the cutest townhome! - You’ll be sharing the room and the bathroom with one other girl, who is super accommodating and social! - A few of the amenities include: in-unit washer and dryer, central ac/heating, a super spacious basement, a big balcony, 2 underground parking spots with extra parking on the other side of the complex - Location perks: literally a 10 minute walk from BYU campus (if not less), 2 min walk to the UVX station, and super close to downtown! - I have to mention that this has been probably my favorite ward I’ve been in! Everyone is so friendly and kind and the bishop is the best!! - Rent is $590 + utilities (total is never more than $615 a month!)
