I love the Crestwood Apartment. I've been living here for 2 years. Big room, my own vanity, apartments' gym, pool. Rent is kind of expensive but it is a great apartment overall.

This is one of the worst apartments you could live in. Management is terrible. The amenities have worked maybe 4 months out of the 3 years I have lived here. 10/10 would not recommend. The management will try to undercut you anyway they can, try to sweet talk you into signing or renewing while as it gets closer to the end of contract better deals come.

Amazing people live here! Management is better with communication if you go in person. One major problem is their emergency number doesn’t work.

The location is great for those who need busses. It’s got two main lines super close to the apartment. The size of the rooms are very nice and I like having a sink and vanity in my own room. I feel the maintenance for the older building is lacking. A problem in our apartment keeps repeatedly happening and it feels like they put a bandaid on the problems rather than fix them.

I LOVE Crestwood! The staff is amazing and everything is clean and working well! If there is a problem the maintenance team is amazing and gets it done well and fast! I love this place!

When I went in to tour and possibly sign a lease, it was a great experience. Everyone was so kind and willing to help. They helped me figure out early move-in times due to my other lease ending sooner than the original move-in day, when they didn't have to. The tour was fun and the apartments are beautiful. I'm excited to live there.

Alright. Bad renovations but decent pay price. Pool and hot tub never open. Overpriced laundry. Parking is never bad though. Maintenance is fast to fix any issues

I loved living at the Crestwood! Management was responsive, and maintenance was almost always quick. The ward was my favorite ward I’ve ever been in!

Excellent place to stay, the leasing managers are super helpful. Grievances are resolved as quickly as possible. It is just a tad bit overpriced as compared to other properties in the area, but I would still say it is a solid 8/10 when it comes to value-for-money.

I love the room temperatures! The units are not too warm but not too cold. The pool is really warm and the hot tub is ok. The system to turn on the hot tub just needs to work. There are a few things in my unit that need a little fixing. The front door nob needs to be slightly fixed and bedroom D's door nob needs to be fixed up as well. The staff is really friendly and caring and they do an awesome job. Overall, the Crestwood is a fun place to live!

I cannot share enough the experience I had with Jayce and support from her boss Sean. I saw the posting and enthusiasm for this apartment on Facebook and I could feel her energy to ck this place out. She promptly responded to my inquiry and from there answered questions I had and there were a lot. This was a first experience for me helping my daughter research. I felt heard and support and I’m so excited for my daughter to live here. The peace I felt and help encouraged me that this is a special place and it’s a great fit for my daughter with transportation location, amenities and love the look of the apartments. Jayce literally helped me and in after signing helps me understand and clarify and concerns or questions as they have come to mind with absolute patience and kindness. I would tell everyone to go here for their apartment searching as a result of this experience. I’m grateful for technology in finding my place (MIAs place) giving me all the info I needed and Jayce’s help to be able to make the best decision with these great resources. Thank you

It’s a great place to live, it’s close to the bus stops. The pool is really nice. There’s always parking spaces open. I just wish that Laundry was free. Overall it’s a GREAT place to live!!!!
