see morea hole in our bathroom ceiling that has reopened several times and the same spot is starting to look weak again. There is some sort of plumbing issue and it feels a bit unsafe. I also miss having both a deadbolt lock and a regular door knob lock.

see morefixing. The front door nob needs to be slightly fixed and bedroom D's door nob needs to be fixed up as well. The staff is really friendly and caring and they do an awesome job. Overall, the Crestwood is a fun place to live!
see morehad and there were a lot. This was a first experience for me helping my daughter research. I felt heard and support and I’m so excited for my daughter to live here. The peace I felt and help encouraged me that this is a special place and it’s a great fit for my daughter with transportation location, amenities and love the look of the apartments. Jayce literally helped me and in after signing helps me understand and clarify and concerns or questions as they have come to mind with absolute patience and kindness. I would tell everyone to go here for their apartment searching as a result of this experience. I’m grateful for technology in finding my place (MIAs place) giving me all the info I needed and Jayce’s help to be able to make the best decision with these great resources. Thank you

Jayce’s l patience, great customer service and kind support really helped seal the deal. She was not pushy at all just helpful even after the signing she still remained helpful when she could have just moved on. see morerenewing your contract. The management is usually really responsive to issues though. Also be aware that there is a 95% chance you won’t get your full security deposit back. When I’ve left my apartments to move to my new assigned one I’ve always had a cleaning fee. It’s like $100. No matter how clean it is. The last time I moved out it was because a part of the fridge was broken off. Even though that’s how it was when I got there. So just be aware that you’ll be charged for small ridiculous things.
