King Henry is a super fun place to live. The Social life is really great, and they have lots of activities to get to know each other. I have a great word, and there are many things to do outside like a basketball volleyball, swimming hot tubbing and a fireplace.
The utilities and appliances are new and have very few problems, if there are any of the maintenance and office staff are very friendly and very quick to help you.
The apartments are nice and easy to take care of. The cleaning checks are reasonably easy if you know how to take care of your house.
Overall, it’s a really great place

King Henry is so fun! The people are social, and there are always events happening. The parking spaces are a bit small, but thats my only complaint.

These apartments suck. They are falling apart and are not well taken care of. They clearly need renovations. The management charges you for random things all year (especially the cleaning checks, which are really difficult to pass and they charge you $25 if you fail them-which you will almost every time no matter how long you clean).
They also charge you a lot of money if you sell your contract early. When I moved in the apartment was a disaster, stickers on the walls in my bedroom, trash under the dresser, muddy prints on the floor and walls, and stains all over my mattress. It was pretty disgusting. Parking is also a disaster here- they sell more parking passes than spots that are available. If you get back to your apartment past ~ 10pm on a normal day there will be no spots in the lot (and there's not any places nearby with legal overnight parking either). It's hard to have people over because of the parking situation too. I would not recommend these apartments to anyone unless you want to pay way more money than you should for a horrible living space and disrespectful management.
- Poor management
- Overpriced
- Would not live here again

I liked living at King Henry! My ward was great and there are solid amenities, including a hot tub/pool, pickleball court, and clubhouse with a gym. Parking spots are generally gone by 10pm or so during the fall/winter.

King Henry is great for a lot of reasons! The pool is awesome, the gym is kind of tiny, but it’s a very social apartment complex with great words and lots of fun people. They have lots of different kinds of apartment so you can find just about anything that you’re looking for. I enjoy living here, even though I was in one of the less nice apartments. I will say now that it’s BYU approved housing, there is definitely a younger crowd that lives here, including freshman, and 19 to 20-year-olds who are fresh off the mission or are yet to go on a mission, so it’s not the best place to live if you’re looking for juniors and seniors, but there are definitely a variety of people that live here so you can find whatever you’re looking for.

King Henry is overall a good place to live. That being said, here are my pros and cons:
Cons:
- Overpriced
- Parking is awful
- It is very old
- Lack of remodeling even though they charge a $10 a month "reconditioning fee."
- They participate in the extremely widespread "1 year contract" scam
- Overly rigorous cleaning checks
Pros:
- Everybody knows King Henry is very social, very easy to meet people. As for the people themselves, they are usually younger, mostly freshman and some sophomores.
- They offer private rooms with in-house washer and dryer
- Pool & Hot tub
- Activities and frequent free food at clubhouse
- Good management and great, cheerful office staff
- Responsive maintenance team
- Caring management
- Get ready to party
- Overpriced
