Overall positive experience. Biggest plus is the people- best ward ever!! Being super close to West campus is really nice, just a 10 minute walk to get to class, and close to other good Provo-y things, too. Generally well kept apartment; the doors creak like heck and there are some sketchy spots (e.g. a cupboard that really needed to be replaced) but it’s also recently renovated and generally feels nice-ish for the cheap price. I’ve had so much fun living here! **Also cleaning checks get randomly strict around spring/summer, so watch out for that!

I enjoy this apartment, although it's nothing extraordinary it checks all the boxes for the right price. Lots of amenities, plenty of parking if you pay for the lot pass, and it's super close to the BYU campus so it's tough to beat the location. I really liked that it's only 4 per room as opposed to 6 or more in other complexes.

Street parking is pretty good depending on what time you try to park. Maintenance is pretty quick to fix things. The complex has activities pretty often. Recently renovated apartments. Pool is questionable but it does the job in the heat.

The location is great - a short walk to BYU campus, Provo Public Library, the grocery store, and a UVX stop. It's pretty standard as far as student housing goes. The AC can be surprisingly loud and there's no dishwasher, which is a shame. On the other hand, I've had zero pest problems or safety issues, and the ward is lovely. I would live here again.
