My husband and I loved living here! We loved how much storage space our apartment had, and despite the age of the complex, the price and location close to BYU campus were great for us. Brigham and Amanda were truly the best on-site managers EVER and helped us so much. They were responsive to our questions, quick with maintenance requests, and became such good friends of ours. They even helped us move in! Overall, we are definitely grateful for our experience here and would recommend it!

Good location. Building shakes when someone runs or something heavy is dropped. You can easily hear people in other units. Bathroom is small. Only form of cooling is a swamp cooler. But overall it’s okay.

My wife and I have loved living at Lilac Place! We’ve lived here for a year and a half and plan on staying until graduation. The managers are always looking out for ways to help and are willing to do whatever they can to make things easier for residents. Maintenance is quick and does a good job too! Walls are a little thin but the rest of the pros outweigh that issue Great location, great complex!!

We have LOVED living at this place!! The managers do a great job at always being helpful when you need anything! The apartments are a clean and safe! And the location is amazing! We would recommend living here to anyone who’s looking for an affordable cute apartment!

I have LOVED living here. The managers are amazing. The LDS ward is so awesome and welcoming. Everytime we submitted a maintenance request it was solved very quickly.

The on site managers are the best! Brigham and Amanda are always very responsive and helpful when things break. This is a cute place to live and suitable for the price point, they won't nickel and dime you like redstone does down the street.
