This place was not amazing, but not terrible. Checking in for the first time was not a good experience since no one showed me to my apartment. An interim office worker just gave me a key and let me go. They didn't even check my id. My entire time here management has been pretty absent. Heating was gone for the first little while in my apartment. Hot tub has never worked. Laundry is not even on site, its in the building next door. Also I was promised parking and then I was never allowed to park here.

It was a great apartment. I loved there before they increased the price and it was great. The management is super nice and after the management switched work orders were done lots faster. It also had 2 refrigerators which was amazing

Park Place is old and lacking in many critical areas, such as laundry, good parking, general management, and repairs. However, it is close to campus, it is mid-priced, and there is a bus stop right outside.
