This property has been great! Landscaping is done once a week, snow is shoveled quickly, and sidewalks are salted.
- Worth the money
- Good maintenance
- 10/10 would recommend

Worst parking of any apartment complex in the city. Even the visitor stalls are not safe due to the predatory towing company across the street. If you have friends who live here then don't even try the visitor spots, just hang out somewhere else.

Parking here is TERRIBLE
There are only 4 visitor parking spots for the WHOLE place. My fiance got towed for being an hour late to his car. It cost almost $300!
The people that run this place need to do better.
They can't even provide parking for everyone who lives here.

This complex is split between legend real estate, aspens ridge, and individually owned condos. I rent from LRE and I have found that maintenance requests are handled quickly and thoroughly. Each condo gets 2 parking spots. They will tow you if you’re parked illegally but that’s pretty standard across Provo. Be aware that it is across the street from a tow yard so they are able to check frequently. Nice landscaping, nice apartments. There is a picnic table and grass area in the back which is quite nice. The garbage trucks come by 2x a week which is usually more than enough. In my experience this complex is one of the best deals in Provo (private room w/ parking, washer/dryer, and the free google wifi all for under $500) I currently pay $370+ utilities but I know they are raising prices for 2022-23

This place is ready to tow ASAP! I had to pay $175 for the towing service right across the complex, it’s so ridiculous. Just park on the street because these people have cameras and will have evidence if you try to go against them. The condos are nice itself but it’s management and parking are a joke.

As a condominium each condo is going to be different as there are many different land lords in this complex. I personally think I have scored with my condo as my landlord is chill and my condo is nice and well maintained. The location here is on point. Bus stops near by. One set of buses do go non stop to BYU if you are interested in that. Target is around the corner, as well as a DI and Maceys.
Parking is a problem as mentioned before. 3 bedroom apartment with only 2 parking spaces does lead to a problem. If all 3 roommates have a car that means someone is going to be parking on the street around the corner each night. Though occasionally people rent out their parking spot if they are not using it. Definitely use a valid parking spot. This place will readily tow.
