Each unit is individually owned so they all are different prices (most of the other units are cheaper). The location is awesome! It's literally across the street from the LSB (BYU). The apartment is cute but a little dated. Three people is not bad to live with. The ward is awesome, but I wouldn't say Shirepoint itself is the most social place to live. There are two parking spots for three people so you kind of have to work it out with your roommates.
