Stadium 150 Shared Men's Contract Close to BYU!

I'm selling my shared Stadium 150 apartment contract until August and until next year. The apartment is a 5 minute walk to BYU campus! It's also north of campus and less cramped than most places in south campus. The amenities here are the best of any apartment I've lived in! Rent is $380 (the cheapest rent I've ever paid in Provo!) I have a private parking spot for $45 a month but you can also get a general parking spot for cheaper and there's always open spots. There's a pool open during the summer, a 24 hour gym and club house with a ping pong table, and free use printer. The ward is great and is a 10 minute walk up the hill towards the MTC.
