Private Room at the Branbury

This contract is available starting June 1st, and goes to August of next year! It is available for college students and non-college students under the age of 30. There's a shuttle bus to BYU and it is close to several bus stops, Walmart Neighborhood Market, and lots of fun restaurants! The property includes a clubhouse with a pool, gym, computer room, and recreational room. This private room has a private balcony that looks out to a grassy courtyard. The kitchen has ample storage and a dishwasher. It's very secure; you have to have an app to open the door. Roommates are very friendly and the ward is friendly as well! If it weren't for the fact I'm moving in with family, I would love to stay here another year!
