  Great apartments until the new management company, Cornerstone Residential, took over. They are impossible to get a hold of. When they first took over they didn't post rent or utilities until several days into the month. After submitting a work order no repairs were initiated. I was required to go to their office in Orem and sign a document in person to submit a notice to vacate. I've now moved out and they are still charging me for rent despite having turned in my keys and affirming that they would remove the charges. Absolutely ludicrous service, would not recommend to my worst enemy. Unfathomably terrible. It's very sad because before Cornerstone was in charge, management was really good.

  Was fantastic until new management took over. New management refuses to communicate, and has made multiple false promises. Do not move here if you value your time and money
