I love it here! I am leaving on a mission but intend to come here again when I get back! The apartment is beautiful with in unit washer and dryer, two fridges, walk in closets, big living room with a huge coach and big TV. I love my roommates, my ward, and the outdoor landscape with hammocks and tress,…I love this place!

I had such a great experience living here!! The management was very responsive and the price is extremely affordable for the living it provides! There is always parking available and it’s near a cute park and trail by the river! I appreciated the in-unit laundry as well. I highly recommend living at these apartments!! p.s. they have the BEST couches ever!!

Westwood is a nice peaceful place to live with abundant parking and a short walk from campus. It was a great experience. Management will work with you if you are persistent about calling and stopping by in person, which is far more than other places in Provo.
Just be aware with utilities it averages about 425-440 then after that with quarterly carpet fees, signing fees, selling fees, and difficulties associated with signing your contract then selling it your rent will be between 515 and 575 dollars/month and not 395. (Calculated based on a 30.5 day month).
Since posting I edited this review as I realized that saying "random fees and difficulties" is unfair.

Overall, it’s kind of been a Goldilocks kind of apartment— not amazing, not terrible. Management kind of ghosts you but they don’t actively make your life difficult either. The apartment is nice and the location is good.
Pros: two fridges, dishwasher, laundry machines in every unit, renovated in the last few years, marble countertops, tiled showers, attractive and clean apartment overall, parking is always available, outdoor pavilion area with mini golf spot and hanging swing chairs, walk in closets, new furniture, huge couch, balcony, lots of light from windows
Cons: management is nearly impossible to reach, stairwells are not swept or cleaned, workmanship on some renovations is mediocre, parking lot aisles are narrow

Sure, it looks nice...
The place is brand new and some of the appliances seem to be quality like the sink, fridges, dressers, washer/dryer and stove/oven (even though the glass top is a PAIN to clean). The smart TV is nice to have. The beds are clean and comfy.
But not impressed with the quality...
The place is quite small (especially the kitchen, if you frequently make dinner, it is definitely something to consider as there is not much counter/drawer space to put everything) but if you are a minimalist, it might be ok. If you drive, it's kind of annoying to pay monthly for a parking space and then have to park a block away half of the time when the main lot is full. Cleaning checks are hit or miss, sometimes its overly nit-picky other times they don't even check entire areas.
From a number of instances, I get the feeling that the new owners were in over their head when they took over. Whether the result of the construction company or the complex, many aspects were poorly planned. We moved in August, construction was still being finished into October, and it looks like there is still stuff to be finished. We still do not have a mailbox, cabinets are falling apart, cheap latex paint is peeling already, random things just weren't built well (like blinds not fitting in the window and coming unhinged and crashing to the floor randomly... TP holder in the bathroom(s) was not anchored to a wall stud, so they came in to fix it and maintenance used epoxy to attach it to the wall, which, since the paint is cheap and peels easily, the epoxy just peeled the paint off and made things worse... window isn't quite sealed properly and builds up moisture... etc).
Even though they say that it is BYU approved housing, they had everyone fill out a waiver since it is "in the process of being approved" but I'm pretty sure it is still not officially BYU housing so that is something to consider as well. **They finally got approved but it is now WOMEN'S HOUSING ONLY
Overall, it is not terrible... but you can definitely find better (even within the limited number of BYU approved complexes). We all wish we would have gone somewhere else. I am worried that come time to leave, they are going to nickel and dime us all out of our deposit because of "damages" which are actually just the result of poor workmanship (having lived here through much of the construction, I know first hand some of the short cuts taken). If you have no where else to go, then this might be an ok option, but it should definitely not be your first.
**Update: Our bathroom door came off the wall, the screws pulled out of the frame.
Also, they sent us an email informing us that they will be all women's housing next year.
**I will update this review as things change, I just wanted to make sure to get it posted before the next round of contract signings so people have a better idea of what they are getting into. Finding good (BYU) student housing can be rough!
** Management is also a pain to work with and unprofessional.

As of 2018, there are new owners and new management. All the apartments are being remodeled completely, the housing is turning into BYU-approved singles housing for men and women, and the owners and management are working to make it a positive experience for everyone.
