They treat everything poorly and want you to pay for upkeep that doesn't take place. They tow cars everyday and don't give the information that is needed to not be towed..

This place sucks, HOA is a spawn of the devil. they charge 200 a month for fees and they tow guests regularly for no reason. just don’t move here

They replaced my parking spot without offering me a new one! I've only had contact with one individual who is even remotely interested in how this effects me and I do not want my car towed simply because they don't offer me another spot before all the new tenants. Plus my rent has been raised multiple times with the inflation explanation and then never gone back down. I went to their pool house to talk to them during their "office hours" and no one is ever there I've lived here for more than 2 years and they have never revamped the parking before

I have owned and lived my condo fee for over thirty years and know others who have lived and owned their property here for that long. Somewhere along the line someone had the bright idea to hire Evolution management and things have not looked worse. I had to pay someone to remove a dead rodent that was rotting near my condo because there is no answer from Evolution when you request service. Some of us do not understand why the former management company was let go and the worst of the worst management possible was the replacement. Some of our questions were, was this hiring because of family or friend relationship or as it should have been because we needed better service? Maybe some of us who live here should organize and get to the bottom of this. I believe the attitude of. Evolution is they are the decision makers instead of the owners. with plenty of better companies why choose one that does not respond to the home owners and act as if they own the property instead of being the hired hand employed to take care of the grounds?

Have lived here for several years. Not much has happened since we moved in except the HOA management changed recently. Have a nice pool. Hot tub has been under renovation for two years now. The gym is a joke but racquetball courts are adequate. Parking is ok, I've heard complaints that there aren't enough guest spots but hasn't affected me. The people here mostly keep to themselves.
