  The management ensures only its own profits at the cost of basic human decency and fair expectations of privacy, security, and quality. I have no words for the level of unhinged entitlement they feel to enter homes repeatedly without real need or explanation. On one occasion, they actually photographed me and my room while I was in bed early one morning, paralyzed with fear from being woken up by strangers in my home. You will have no experience of security, privacy, or respect here. Further, the construction was quick and cheap for this financially predatory eyesore, which is obvious by the consistent and frequent issues requiring maintenance. The "bonus" amenities like hot tub and gym are constantly closed for "updates" aka repairs. Legend has it they provide free printing for their student residents…but no one has ever successfully used this amenity that I have seen. Also, not all residents are even students; they have Tesla employees and other randoms living here to fill space and make their money. The standard amenities like Internet, laundry, and running hot and cold water are also not guaranteed to work well. In fact, for a very special Christmas gift this year, they shut off the hot water for over 72 hours and the cold water for most of that time. They will share your personal information without consent and gossip about you in the front office like middle schoolers. Accountability, professionalism, and human decency are absent in this place. Seek other housing if you care about yourself at all. Please consider this very honest review from someone who would do anything to be able to get outta HERE sooner!

  The "bonus" amenities like hot tub and gym are constantly closed for "updates" aka repairs. The standard amenities like Internet, laundry, and running hot and cold water are also not guaranteed to work well. In fact, for a very special Christmas gift this years, they shut off the hot water for over 72 hours and the cold water was also shut off almost as long. It's your choice, but please consider this very honest review from someone who would do anything to be able to move sooner.
