Uncommon Reno

I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better setup while living in Reno. Uncommon has everything I need in one place it’s clean, updated, and super close to campus, which makes my life way easier. I don’t have a car, so being able to walk to class, coffee shops, and

even downtown stuff is good. My apartment came fully furnished, and everything was in great condition when I moved in. The gym is way better than I expected, and there are quiet areas to study if I need a change of scenery from my room. Maintenance has been quick anytime I’ve submitted a request, which I really appreciate. It actually feels like its own little community. I’ve recommended it to a couple friends already. it’s just a good place to live if you’re a student who wants the convenience of living close to UNR and the comfort of a good apartment.

I’ve lived at Uncommon Reno for about a year now. The location is great. I can walk to my classes on campus in under 10 minutes, and being near Midtown makes it easy to grab food or hang out without needing a car. The apartment itself is pretty modern which

I had a great experience living at Uncommon. The staff and maintenance team were always great and super helpful. I had no complaints in my time living there as a student. The proximity to campus and all the sport facilities was amazing. Alyssa Pangilinan was always super helpful and responsive.

These apartments are very clean and well-maintained. My room is spacious, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The property also offers beautiful views. I would highly recommend this place to other students.

I’ve had an amazing experience living at Uncommon Reno. Since I first moved in the quality of service and cleanliness of the building has always been top tier. The units themselves are modern, well maintained and very spacious. Uncommon Reno also offers so many useful amenities such as the gym,

hot tub, pool table and study rooms. The maintenance always is super nice and gets all my requests completed in a timely manner. Overall, I highly recommend Uncommon to anyone looking for a comfortable student community to live in.
