I’ve really enjoyed living at Abri Apartments. The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming, and they even provide food for residents every week, which is such a nice and thoughtful touch. The apartments themselves are super nice, comfortable, and truly feel like home. Parking can also be frustrating at times because of the tandem parking setup, which isn’t always convenient. Overall, it’s been a great place to live with a strong sense of community, and I would definitely recommend Abri Apartments to others looking for a cozy and well-managed place to call home.

It’s a pretty nice apartment but the parking situation is really bad. I haven’t seen a parking lot this bad in a long time. Otherwise it’s a solid apartment and the activities are fun.

These are great apartments. Clean rooms and bathrooms. Plenty of space. Good environment. There’s lots going on every week.

I’ve lived in Abri for the entire time that I’ve been at BYUI(a bit over three years). I like it a lot and haven’t found reason to go with anyone else up to this point. Management has changed a few times and there’s definitely growing pains that come along with those. Most recently the management is good with being pretty responsive, same with maintenance. Although the washers and dryers are finicky and some break repeatedly which can be annoying. With checks though they’re very particular which can get pretty annoying, even if something is moderately clean they’ll fail you for it and make you send proof that it had been cleaned. Otherwise, they’ll charge you which seems pretty extensive from what has been the protocol previously where it’s like as long as the rooms and the apartment itself is tidy then it doesn’t really matter about the nitty-gritty for the biweekly clean checks, but that has also changed with the new management most recently. I’d say overall though Abri is probably on the better end of housing in town, as the apartments are on the nicer end and does have its pros, but it also has cons that could improved. For example, I generally have to go through my own mail to find my things since they leave them in buckets near the mail room, management can be a bit on the passive aggressive end if they don’t agree with something you bring them or if it’s not on their list of priorities, but the property is well maintained generally speaking with cleanliness and good communication for tenants so it just depends on what you’re looking for.

I really like the quality of the apartments and the style of them. I do think however that it’s extremely overpriced for what you get. There aren’t very many amenities and it’s not very close to campus. It just doesn’t make any sense why it’s so pricey. I think they are losing a lot of customers because they are charging so much.

I love the apartments! In the townhomes I dont feel like there is enough cupboard space in the kitchen. Also the parking lot is a terrible layout.

I love Abri! This is my favorite apartment complex I have lived at. The people are incredible and friendly. The apartment is clean and well kept. The location is perfect!

I have lived here every single semester and honestly I have loved it. The parking lot is a bit small and chaotic, but it's manageable. The people here are really nice and whenever maintenance needs done they are pretty timely about it. It is a wonderful place to live. It's a little pricey, but it's worth it.
