Five words: crowded space, no temperature control. The storage options are are terrible. The smallest kitchen I have ever been expected to share with five other people— I haven't even unpacked my kitchen stuff because there's literally nowhere for me to put it. As for bathroom stuff, your only real

option is to pile everything on the floor under the sink and hope you can tell each other's stuff apart. There's no air conditioning, so good luck sleeping at night if you're here in the summer. And speaking of summer, the pool's going to be closed the first few weeks you get here, so you can forget about that. I can't believe I signed on for three semesters at this place. I'm going to do my best to rectify that as soon as humanly possible.

Mold, rust, crumbling cement... if you are looking for a budget place and have no standards, I guess this is what you want. The pool is nice, but the hot tub is swampy and grimy. The fire pit and barbecue are also nice. Management is unhelpful at best and downright

evasive at worst. Internet service is fine. Apartments are painted cement boxes with poorly sealed windows that allow moisture in. This has lead to mold and water damage to my property. It has also caused me asthma attacks. Appliances are old and breaking down. Living here is fine if you don't have any respiratory issues and you have had your tetanus shot.

They gave us free pancakes in the morning and it was super nice. Helped me get to class on time. Brad is awesome!

10/10 they do fun activities such as smores and pancake. The facilities are all good and the pool and hot tub are the best

They have fun amenities included with residency and they have days where they host different activities or provide free food. Super nice workers.

It's just all around bad. I paid a premium price for a premium apartment and it's by no means premium. Managment is evasive at best and scammy at worst.
