Lease for sale. Base rent is $965 and with utilities included it comes to $1,056. The price listed is the total, including all fees (trash, Wi-Fi, water/sewage, renter’s insurance). Electric is separate from the rent. This is a deluxe floor plan for this apartment complex, it’s a third floor unit (top floor) and has a vaulted ceiling that makes the apartment feel extra spacious. It comes furnished with a couch, table, bed, washer/dryer, fridge, oven, and dishwasher. The apartment has heated floors and this is how it is heated during the winter. We would like to move out by June 1st, but can be flexible if an earlier move-in is needed. There is a $400 transfer fee for those coming into the complex that we would be willing to negotiate paying. The complex has ample parking and a club house with gym/pickle ball court.
