The pricing is unreasonable. You’re in charge of all utilities and responsible to set them up yourself. It’s hard enough getting a new lease when you work normal hours, and it’s extremely difficult here because the on site office hours are awful. Landlords don’t get back to you in a timely matter at all. They only respond during business hours. It might seem a little cheaper than some other apartments but it will most likely not turn out that way.

The internet is very unstable, sometimes you get nice download speed but it can get cut off suddenly like the power is turned off, and the upload speed is always terrible. If you are working from home, this apartment is definitely not a good choice.

Great place for newlyweds! If you have a lot of stuff, I would not recommend them. The apartments themselves are fairly nice, and there are some nice spots for storage, like drawers and cupboards under the bedframe that they provide. The balcony is shared, but that hasn't been an issue with our neighbors. The people who live here aren't super friendly, but maybe that's a good thing for you.
We got locked into an as-is agreement, and even after several calls confirming that we wouldn't have to pay for the damage of the previous tenants. The contract stated that we had to pay for it, and by the time we received it, it was too late to find another apartment. Just be cautious of the contracts they have you sign.

Under new management as of sometime in 2024. It was decent for the price and then they raised it. Not worth it for the size anymore. The old management was great, the new management is not. If you live here pleeeeease do yourself a huge favor and be insanely detailed, and take a picture of the damage report you send into them when you move in. They tried to charge us for all of the stuff we had marked as wrong when we moved in even after I had explained it was on the damage report. I had to call in to connection to get it fixed and it took multiple days and multiple calls to get back hundreds of dollars I that was taken out of my deposit that shouldn’t have been. They also charged me the transfer fee even though I had specifically noted that it would be split between us and the new tenants. When I called in to get my money back for that they basically said it was out of their hands and I’d have to contact the new tenants to pay up. After a lot of back and forth and me emailing proof that I was only supposed to pay half, they gave me back my money. I don’t know if it’s always been like this, but it’s kind of scammy now. Just be careful. Shout out to Cody at Connextion properties who was insanely helpful.

This is a great place to live - until you try and move out. They are the poster child for hidden fees. You want to move out but your contracts not over? $500. Oh and we’re gonna be super cryptic about this in all your paperwork but we need 8 days between your move out and the next tenant to clean & do maintenance. *Oh but you’re paying for it in rent as if you were still living there* oh and even if your apartment is spotless on inspection we cant have that because we need to get as much money from you as possible so we will make things up that arent on our move out clean check sheet such as (no joke) a few fingerprints on the cabinets. Oh and lets not forget that even if you call and confirm that you want fees taken out of your deposit we are going to ignore that and charge you an extra $125 in late fees.
In whats supposed to be a christian town this apartment is anything but that.
