My overall experience has been great! I enjoy the events that they have been putting on during the semester. For Fall semester they had a cowboy themed outside party with food events throughout. I've been here for several semesters and for Winter they rent out roller skating for the residents which was fun. The location is great for me since I don't have a car. I can walk to school within 5-10 minutes. Management have been so kind and helpful. I love how clean the buildings always are.

Management is seriously the best! They honestly care about you and if you are a nice person they will try and move mountains to solve your problem. They also send weekly texts and email newsletters. They do super fun activities like food days and events. The gyms are sooo awesome and the location is the best! I wish I would have lived here all 4 years!!

I lived at NorthPoint before I was married and I loved it! The gyms are huge and the management is so nice. It is also so close to campus which is a huge perk. They also did such fun stuff which made my semesters so memorable. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to have a great experience at BYU-I.

The amenities are crazy- they have multiple gyms and movie theatre rooms. Management is good just communicate with them and they help a ton

Northpoint apartments has the best location! I love that they are right across from campus. Makes it easy to walk to my classes and they are in walking distance to a grocery store, park, food, etc. You don't need to bring a car.
