Lease Takeover Available at Providence Square I am looking for someone to take over my lease at Providence Square. This is a great option for someone looking for housing at a lower rate than the current listed price for similar apartments. Rent is $1,150/month through August 31st. Starting September 1st, rent increases to $1,200/month. Current first-floor apartments are listed around $1,265/month, so this lease offers a discounted monthly rate. The new tenant will need to apply directly through Providence Square and pass the standard approval and screening process. Once approved, the lease will be signed through the apartment office. Providence Square does not offer leases shorter than 3 months, so the new tenant would sign a 12-month lease. The apartment office requires at least 3 business days between my move-out and the new tenant’s move-in so they can prepare the unit. A July 1st move-in may be possible as long as everything is approved and scheduled in time.
