The management is super accommodating and kind. They do everything they can to make sure residents are taken care of! Maintenance is fast and skilled. The apartments are great! So much room and such a homey feeling compared to other student housing complexes. They also have top tier amenities! The
only downside is the distance from everything. It’s best to have a car or a friend with a car to live here.

I have loved my time at the gates! My roommates were amazing, the apartment had a lot of space, and the management was super nice! If there was something broken they would be there the same day to fix it! They also do a lot of activities for the residents

The Gates in Rexburg is seriously the best! It’s perfect for returned missionaries. All the amenities are on point (gym, hot tub, 2 movie rooms, game room, study rooms, tanning bed, you name it). The staff is super chill and helpful, and the community vibe is awesome. 10/10 would recommend!

Felt a little overpriced considering amenities were down for most of my time and my apartment wasn’t in the best condition when I got there, BUT the people are awesome! Very inviting and great wards

The apartment honestly wasn’t that clean when I got here. Which was surprising because they go
super hard on residents for the white glove and you’ll probably end up with a cleaning charge on your account no matter what. Amenities are great when they’re working.

The apartments are homey and nice that they don’t feel like a dorm but it’s a major trade off. Management and the staff is awful. They never work with you, things are always broken and they never take responsibility for things.

Living at The Gates has been such a great experience! The staff is always friendly, helpful, and quick to respond to maintenance requests. The community feels welcoming, the events are fun and creative, and they have pretty much any amenities you could want. I’ve always felt safe and comfortable here,
and it really feels like home. Highly recommend The Gates to anyone looking for a great student apartment experience in Rexburg!

The Gates townhomes are chef’s kiss! So much space and storage areas, private bathrooms for every
room you only share with one other person, in-unit laundry..etc. You can definitely tell maintenance does a good job and they really keep up the apartments

The Gates is really nice! It has amazing amenities and the apartments have a beautiful townhome aesthetic. Management is great at resolving problems with rent, parking, and any other issues. The maintenance crew is amazing and will resolve your request the same day or the following morning!

I was a little sad when I signed my lease because I saw bad opinions because the women's clubhouse was closed but they opened it and to be honest, it is a great place! I've hosted LOTS of activities with my friends and its always so fun to do stuff

Amazing amenities with so much to do especially being able to have two theater rooms that are very spacious with very comfortable seating. The only downside to having a hot tube is it gets pretty noisy late at night when people are trying to sleep which is on the students
who make the noise, the gates do put a closing time to where people can use the hot tube up to that certain time and have it locked after that time but the students are still in there making a lot of noise after closing and if there is something the gates can do about it I really wish they would because just saying this is when it’s closed and locking it doesn’t stop people from getting in

The apartments are very nice to live in, just really homie with two places you can
store your things one being outside and a space under the stairs inside which is really nice when you have a lot of roommates. If anything is ever broken or doesn’t work the maintenance is always there to help fix it in a timely manner and does the job well

I think the grades are really good place to live if you want a good community. The people here are really kind and the amenities are so amazing. I feel very welcome here and everyone I talk to is really amazing.

also really kind and answer all of my questions really well. I have not had any experience with the head manager, but I haven’t heard the best things, the office staff, though is amazing.

Parking is $100 which is ridiculous. They always have extra parking they won’t sell. They’re very uncooperative management. Power tripping like crazy. The apartments themselves are quite lovely and wonderful I loveeee them. Amenities are always shut down.
