The management is super accommodating and kind. They do everything they can to make sure residents are taken care of! Maintenance is fast and skilled. The apartments are great! So much room and such a homey feeling compared to other student housing complexes. They also have top tier amenities! The only downside is the distance from everything. It’s best to have a car or a friend with a car to live here.

I have loved my time at the gates! My roommates were amazing, the apartment had a lot of space, and the management was super nice! If there was something broken they would be there the same day to fix it! They also do a lot of activities for the residents which was really nice

The Gates in Rexburg is seriously the best! It’s perfect for returned missionaries. All the amenities are on point (gym, hot tub, 2 movie rooms, game room, study rooms, tanning bed, you name it). The staff is super chill and helpful, and the community vibe is awesome. 10/10 would recommend!

Felt a little overpriced considering amenities were down for most of my time and my apartment wasn’t in the best condition when I got there, BUT the people are awesome! Very inviting and great wards

This has got to be one of the best places I’ve lived in Rexburg!! Housing is nice, parking is right out your front door! Events happening all the time and management that actually cares about their residents!

The apartments are homey and nice that they don’t feel like a dorm but it’s a major trade off. Management and the staff is awful. They never work with you, things are always broken and they never take responsibility for things.

I’ve lived here ever since I moved into Rexburg over a year ago! I keep wanting to stay because it’s just too good, the amenities are awesome, activities and giveaways are always fun to be a part of and the overall experience has been amazing. I feel very blessed to have lived in a place like this because it felt like home💙
