see moreawful, they made terrible decisions when they bought The Landing and threw away the infinitely better formatted website that previous management had used. The residents rely on the office to do almost anything on their account and this increases the office’s work load drastically.

see moreIf I had to choose one thing to improve I would say the storage space. There's a decent amount of room in your room to keep your things, but as a apartment storage, it's just a few shelves. Would be nice if it was a little bigger. But overall, this place is worth it for the price

see moreit’s easy to meet people. Management has changed recently, and while there have been some bumps, they’re doing a good job overall and things seem to be improving. If you’re looking for a convenient, social place to live near BYU-I, The Landing is a solid choice.

see moreit difficult to work with them when apartments were filling up and almost no one had any idea. But I do like them.
see moreunder you, they are not especially willing to help coordinate making a swap (in the example of someone who had never lived there before and your stuff is already in your room but they are assigned to your spot with more options available in the complex). This is the only place I've lived at where they aren't really willing to make the current tenants have some level of seniority or priority/them reaching out to you to let you know they are going to have someone sign in your spot unless you want to sign now. But there are worse issues a complex can have. Spacious rooms. Kinda strange that one desk in the layout is significantly larger than the other despite paying the same amount. Good wards.
