see moreand very, very beige. Shower curtain rods are unsecured and very low, so be prepared to pin up your shower curtains. There is no garbage disposal or air conditioning (they allow you to put in your own), and depending on the building, your apartment can get dark in the afternoon. If you can, try to get an apartment on the end of the building, as those come with an extra window in the kitchen (the other two are in the living room and bedroom). The biggest pluses about this place are that it’s pretty affordable and the location is FABULOUS. University Courtyard is closer to most of campus than on-campus Centre Square is; think 6 minutes or so to the Smith building and probably about 4 to the Taylor building.
see moreand illegal internet use (to the point of naming what was being downloaded), which was a little unsettling. Also, they recently instituted an air conditioning policy after several residents had installed air conditioning.
see moredirty and the carpet was very dusty. Several of our window blinds don’t work very well, and the storage is okay but not enormous. They do give you an extra storage space in the clubhouse, though, which is nice. Overall, everything is old but mostly functional.
see morethe apartment. For newly weds that are students, it is the perfect place to stay. It's close to campus, has quick maintenance workers, has a really nice lounge, and the ward is amazing. Definitely worth looking at the apartments to see if it's a good fit
see moreour first lease. We bought a lease from another couple, and that had its complications. But management was very good at helping us. For the most part management leaves us alone as long as we pay our monthly fees which is just fine with us. If there is an issue, the manager responds quickly and the maintenence crew responds even faster.
see moremoved in. The apartments are small, but my wife and I don't need anything more. It's big enough for us to and our cat to live comfortably. Though my wife may disagree!

see morethings have improved a lot and they continue to improve. The biggest issue for me was space so if you need a bit more space or have a lot of stuff this is on the smaller side but again very good overall:)
see moreput out ice melt for the stairs in the winter time after a tenant suggested it.
see morecoolers and some boxes maybe, apartment quality itself is mid. Carpet is pretty bad looking in my place, so we got an area rug. appliances and sink are just fine, no issues.
