University Courtyard is a great place to live in, ample parking space, free and clean laundry and clubhouse. Management is great in responding to concerns and communication efficiency.

Pretty great place! The buildings are fairly new and very cozy. There is always parking available, but not always exactly where you might want it. Clubhouse is always available if needed. Extra storage is available and free! Good vibes too!

This is such a cute complex and perfect housing for newlyweds or students. It’s so close to campus—you don’t even need a parking pass to park on campus, which is a huge plus. The laundry room is always kept very clean, and we’ve never had any issues with neighbors. It’s quiet, convenient, and has been a really great place to live overall.

My apartment is generally in good condition. Parking is pretty decent, except for when the snow banks are at the end of the road. My neighbors are a little noisy at night. I would like to see a couple of social activities so that I might get to know my neighbors better.
