There are sufficient parking spaces for all the residents. No laundry in-unit, there is a laundry room in the clubhouse with several washers and dryers. Laundry has gone missing for several residents occasionally.

Location, location, location that’s what I tell everyone when I talk about housing. This place has been so close to school and it’s been a huge game changer. My husband even comes home for lunch.

A little pricy for utilities but overall decent price for what you're getting. Kind of small but understandable. Wish they offered laundry in-unit but again understand because of pricing restraint.

Pretty affordable apartment complex (think $1000 a month, including utilities, etc). If you can afford furniture, it’s better to get an unfurnished apartment, as the furnished ones don’t come with super great furniture (no TV and not what they show in the pictures). Also, everything is functional but definitely older, and very, very beige. Shower curtain rods are unsecured and very low, so be prepared to pin up your shower curtains. There is no garbage disposal or air conditioning (they allow you to put in your own), and depending on the building, your apartment can get dark in the afternoon. If you can, try to get an apartment on the end of the building, as those come with an extra window in the kitchen (the other two are in the living room and bedroom). The biggest pluses about this place are that it’s pretty affordable and the location is FABULOUS. University Courtyard is closer to most of campus than on-campus Centre Square is; think 6 minutes or so to the Smith building and probably about 4 to the Taylor building.

Almost all of the reviews here are very outdated! My wife and I have loved our experience here and renewed our yearly lease a few months ago. The rusted stairways have been replaced. The washer and dryer units are free to use. The only major downside is the size of the apartment. For newly weds that are students, it is the perfect place to stay. It's close to campus, has quick maintenance workers, has a really nice lounge, and the ward is amazing. Definitely worth looking at the apartments to see if it's a good fit

It’s a great place, a good size for being newlywed! There have been some issues with the place being older, our water heater burst and flooded our apartment, some things are just out of date. But otherwise good. Management is helpful and they have fixed all the things that have gone wrong!

Has been effective and time efficient in help sorting out the very last housing for us. The manager is nice, as she is trying her best to work on the details to get my lease approved .

I think this place is great, but there are a few downsides. The laundry room seems to always be at full capacity when I do my laundry. The apartment is also very small for the price we pay for it. But, I think overall I would say this is a solid place to live. Management is awesome, and the touch ups they have been doing around the buildings has been nice.

The new manager is manager is amazing. Katelynn is absolutely on top of things and does her best to make everyone happy. The apartments are alright just a little small and don’t have AC which is fine if you are looking for something close to campus. Overall very good with awesome management!

decent experience, clubhouse is nice to have as well as on site laundry. Pricing for what you get is mid value though as far as the apartment goes. Manager is very on top of things and friendly, but not too overbearing. Haven’t had any bad neighbors or bad experiences. They put out ice melt for the stairs in the winter time after a tenant suggested it.
