** Honest Review After 3 Months of Living Here ** I moved in early August and wanted to wait a few months before sharing my honest review, just to really get a feel for the place. From the start, the application process was smooth and quick. I submitted everything they needed clear photos and PDF documents and received my background check approval within 24 hours. Super fast and efficient. I mainly worked with Tyler, the property manager, and I have to say he’s one of the best I’ve ever dealt with. He’s polite, professional, responsive, and genuinely cares about residents. Every question I had was answered quickly, and he made the move-in process easy. On my move-in day, someone happened to park in my assigned spot. It wasn’t the property’s fault my unit had just become vacant, so other residents with multiple cars sometimes use empty spots. My tip for future residents: let Tyler know ahead of time to place a cone or sign in your space before your move-in day. That small step helps avoid the same issue. Since then, everything has been great. The neighborhood feels quiet and safe, and I’ve noticed patrols around at night and early mornings, which adds peace of mind. Even the laundry room is well-maintained and bright not dark or sketchy like in some apartments I’ve seen. Overall, I’m really happy here. Big thanks to Tyler and the team for keeping everything running smoothly. If you’re looking for a place that’s clean, peaceful, and professionally managed, I definitely recommend this property.

Tyler and the new managent team have done an awesome job Renovating and updating the units in this small community. The new. Gym and office at the center.Of the complex is welcoming. The units are very large for the area that it's in.

Second year in a row with no hot water for a week in winter. Had to boil water on the stove and fill the tub for a hot bath! It was suppose to be fix "by 5pm 2/20." It's 2:30 am 2/21 and the "hot water" caps out at 75 degrees. Picture shows that temp after the "hot water" was running for a min of 15 minutes! Second pic is at 5am! Still no hot water at 3pm 2/21, it's been 7 days! Again at 3am, now on 2/23, still no hot water! This is the 9th day in a row were I have awoken to below 70 degree "hot water"! "California Civil Code Section 1941.1 states that a landlord is responsible for maintaining the habitabiliy of a rental unit, including ensuring that hot water be available. If your landlord has failed to repair the hot water, you may have the right to withhold rent until the repairs are made or to pursue other remedies, such as a rent reduction." -justia.com

I just want to say that I don't write reviews, but after the ongoing pattern of ignoring phone calls and inquiries I think I should put this out there. This place looks awesome, but unfortunately I have never been able to get ahold of the front desk. The only time I did was when the maintenance man had answered and he rudely stopped me in the middle of my sentence telling me he didn't know anything about the listings and to call later. This was weeks ago! I am in need of a place due to circumstances surrounding the pandemic, and this complex is walking distance to my work and close to CSUS, so it's ideal for me. I have called, written inquiries on all the website listings, and even paid to send in my application via fax because it is impossible to speak to someone. In a time of need, this is not an ideal way to represent yourself, your complex and your management.
