  I lived here both my freshman and sophomore year. I was worried about it being isolating my freshman year, but the community was amazing! It's such a nice place with great amenities.

  My time living in the 3 bed, 3 bath at Ivory University House was literally amazing. From the moment I moved in, it felt comfortable, organized, and just easy to live in. Having my own bathroom and so much storage made such a difference — everything had a place, and it never felt cluttered or chaotic. The free WiFi, in-building gym with free weights, and the music room made it feel like everything I needed was right there. It was also such a peaceful living situation. One roommate is graduating in May and will be gone for the summer, and the other’s family lives five minutes away so she’s barely there, which made the space feel even more open and calm. Overall, it was the perfect balance of privacy, convenience, and community. I genuinely loved living there and would 100% recommend it.
