I’m looking for someone to take over my lease for a furnished 346 sq ft studio at Ivory University House, located right on the University of Utah campus. The unit is a private studio with a furnished living/sleeping area, kitchenette, and study space. It includes a Twin XL bed, nightstand, desk with leather chair, gray leather loveseat, media console, quartz countertops, dorm-style refrigerator, two-burner cooktop, microwave, and stainless steel finishes. The location is the main selling point. Ivory University House is on campus with direct access to student life, classes, transit, and nearby campus services. It is about a 5-minute walk to the Student Life Center, 5 minutes to student food services, and about 2 minutes to the TRAX station to downtown. The building also has student-focused amenities including study rooms, music practice rooms, an art studio, game room, recital/lecture hall, outside gathering spaces, on-site tutoring, community programming, and security features. There are also frequent community events and activities, so it’s a good option if you want to meet people and be involved without having to leave the building. The lease takeover process goes through Ivory University House. The applicant will need to submit an application, complete an interview, sign a lease agreement, and be approved by the office before the relet can be finalized. All relet fees have been paid. This would be a good fit for a university student who wants a private furnished studio close to campus without needing to commute. Important: Ivory University House has approval requirements for lease reletting. The person taking over the lease must be a university student and provide proof of student status.
