I have absolutely loved living here the past 2 years. I am very sad to see it go, but I am happy to pass it along to others. With the growing demand for parking at the University of Utah, I have enjoyed walking to class every day and not having to worry about parking passes. The apartment itself sits within a friendly community of young college students. There is a brand new gym, sand volleyball court, several fire pits and outdoor grills, and seating for parties. The unit I have lived in was brand new when I moved in, and there have been zero issues whatsoever.
