This is a very homely community to live in! The location is really great, with lots of grocery stores and restaurants nearby. The community is also connected well with public transport. As for the property itself, it is always spick and span. The common areas and amenities like the gym, the courtyard, and the clubroom are well kept and regularly checked for maintenance. The management organizes fun events and activities throughout the year.The property is safe, with all access points needing an access fob. I have never had any issues with utilities (gas and electric). Overall, one of the best places to live in the neighborhood.

The Bonneville apartments on 500E is one of best in Downtown SLC. Clean apartments, super nice management and people, proactive maintenance and all amenities that are needed. Hands down the best location!

Great lobby, amenities, common area, and staff. Apartment sizes are good and prices are affordable. Good for pets but sometimes the dog run is filled with poop.
