Love my place, been here for 5 months. Love that I can do my laundry right here in my apartment and I've never had a problem with parking, but I pay for outside parking. They have been very considerate of my 16 year old daughter who comes and stays with me on the weekends she's able to park anywhere outside!! She loves it here, especially the pool and hot tub she's been there numerous times and can't wait for the pool to reopen!! This is my first apartment ever and I wouldn't change a thing!! The staff has always been awesome and helpful!! Absolutely love this place!!

I will do anything to deter people from living at this property. First of all, they have an F rating with the BBB, that should be enough information. I’ve lived here since 9/2025 and it has been an absolute disaster. My apartment smells like weed daily because the bathroom vent never shuts off and it is somehow connected to other apartments. Nothing says “luxury living” like your unit smelling like a dispensary. The thermostat doesn't tell you what the temperature in your apartment is, just what you want to set it to. My unit is freezing during the day and extremely hot at night. Parking is a complete scam. I pay $80 a month, more than I’ve ever paid anywhere else, and still can’t find a spot. The garage is constantly full of cars from people who don’t even pay for parking. Management has been “working on it” since before I moved in. Anyone with a sticker can park in the garage even if they are paying less. After Tommy promising this would be fixed before snow came, they finally got parking stickers and enforced towing on Tuesday. It’s the middle of January... Guess whose car got towed? Mine, a paying resident’s, while non-paying cars are left alone. I got pulled over yesterday for my expired registration and the officer told me to get it done by end of day today. That is why they towed me??? How is an apartment complex enforcing towing for that but not the people who aren't paying to park there? Management is incompetent, and more interested in punishing residents than fixing problems. Save your money, save your sanity, and live literally anywhere else. Update: just to clarify, my car was registered with the complex and I had a valid parking sticker for the garage.
