I truly appreciated her helpful attitude and the time she took to answer my questions.

Dear 64 Forty Management, I am writing to express my deep frustration with the handling of my apartment lease. One day before my scheduled move-in date, I was informed that the apartment was not ready due to construction delays, and no estimated completion date was provided. This last-minute notice has caused significant disruption. Over the past two weeks, I have attempted multiple times to contact your office by phone and email. Unfortunately, I have not received a single response. Your voicemail is consistently full, and my emails remain unanswered. This lack of communication is unacceptable. I ask that you contact me immediately or provide a reliable way for me to reach your office. Please treat this matter as urgent.

I understand that these are new apartments, but 300 DOLLARS PER MONTH FOR EACH PARKING SPOT? That's insane! Even luxury apartments don't charge such a ridiculous amount. We have 2 cars, and paying 600 dollars a month for parking is unacceptable!

Worst management have ever seen. It’s been well over a month since they claimed my deposit was refunded and “mailed” yet there has been nothing. I also have informed delivery that shows every piece of mail received so they cannot claim it was probably lost in the mail. Emailed several times, called and mailbox is full. Feels like a scam

$300 for parking. So base studio rent of 2.1k + 300 = 2.4k for about 350 sqft. For this price, you can get a way nicer building with 400+ sqft studios closer to downtown with better amenities. Not worth leasing here unless they lower parking fee
