Called to schedule a tour of an apartment. They told me they would call me back to confirm but they didn’t. I call back the day of the tour and they said I can come in for a walk in. I get there and nobody is there to open the gate so I call them letting them know I am there and the office I’m calling gives me the property managers number which isn’t a valid number. Called them back again and they said that’s the only number they had for the property manager. Waste of time and gas.

I am not a tenant at this property, but after the experience I’m glad we found something else and didn’t feel like we were being a burden just asking someone to do their job. Very unprofessional. The girl who answers the phone either doesn’t relay messages OR their on site leasing agent needs to maybe learn how to properly do her job and communicate. We scheduled a visit to see a unit at 4PM. About 15 min go by while we’re waiting outside the front door, so we decide to call and see if maybe she’s running late or we weren’t in the place we were supposed to meet her at. After calling her 4-5 times she finally calls back 10 minutes later and tells us that she can’t show the unit because someone put the holding deposit on it shortly before and she isn’t on site, but if I want to open the door to a unit being painted I can peek my head in BUT I COULDN’T actually view that unit today. I could view it any day after tomorrow is what she said. I was upset at her wasting our time but no problem I understand someone probably jumped at the opportunity to live here, the pictures of the unit look great. I would have appreciated a courtesy call or email just stating that our scheduled viewing wasn’t available and we would need to reschedule though. We moved our days around, left work early, and wasted time and gas driving over there for no reason. Discouraging but we were still very interested in the unit so we decided we would give it another try. The next day we emailed her early in the morning and once again later in the afternoon just seeing if maybe there was an error in our first one being received, we finally got a response a day later apologizing saying she was out of the office but we could schedule a viewing today just let her know what time worked for us. (This was at 8ish AM) we respond and ask if we can do a viewing at 2:30 PM or anything after a few moments after she sent us this and we literally hear nothing back from her after this last email! It’s been a week and I have found an apartment but the unprofessionalism and lack of communication of this lady is insane to me.
