I had an appointment scheduled for a viewing at 11:00 AM today. I arrived on time, but unfortunately, no one was at the office — everything was closed. I called the number provided in the confirmation email twice, but was told both times that they could only leave a message and didn’t know when someone would get back to me.
I waited for 20 minutes, but no one showed up or returned my call. I’m very disappointed with how this was handled and the time I wasted as a result.

I just want to say that my low rating is due to the actual apartments themselves. We moved into a newly remodeled apartment that had really bad ventilation and we started to get sick because of it. Denise spoke to Corporate and she handled things very well. We were able to move out without paying a fee due to this health concern, it just took a while. Denise was GREAT and I say GREAT. The first leasing manager was HORRIBLE. She did not help the process when we moved in so it took forever to get our keys and everything. Also there were things in the apartment from previous tenants that were never fixed until Denise came along. So I want to thank Denise with everything she did. She deserves five stars, but the apartment we were in deserves two stars.

I have been living here in Mission Arbor Apartments for a while now. Even though they are older apartments Miquel and Rose work together to keep these units up and looking nice at all times. Always greeted with a friendly smile and a hello when running into to any of the staff including the gardeners. When any issues are going on in our unit a request is entered in and Miquel is there Johnny on the spot to take care of any issue. Rose is very professional, proactive and knowledgeable in all areas of being a property manager. If she does not know the answer she will get back with you in a timely manner with your answer. Rose and Miguel keep doing what you are doing to keep this aged diamond looking great!

I will start from saying that I have never lived in these apartments. My rating reflects the professionalism of apartment management. My wife and I decided to make a call and schedule an appointment after seeing these apartments on Zillow.com. Appointment was made at 11 am with Rosemary the next day. I'm a punctual person, so we arrived there 10 minutes before scheduled time. I started calling Rosemary, but no one answered. Knocking on the door of the office didn't help either. We decided to wait because we really liked the apartments after seeing them online. WE WAITED FOR 30 MINUTES. On our way back to the car I finally got a call from Rosemary, she apologized and said if we were still here and would like to come back and look at apartments. I met her at the front door of the office, she had no mask on and looked like she just woke up (office hours said 9 to 6). After looking at apartments I decided to ask her a few questions. I felt like Rosemary was trying to end viewing faster and didn't even answer our questions or give us detailed information about the apartments. We asked her for the application and she said she would send it to our email, but we never received anything. At this point I don't plan on living here.

so I was there a few weeks ago and tried to get a place on my own and manager Denisse Chavez was the young lady who helped me … she was very nice and showed me all the great things about the place and how there renovating. I did not qualify but I am going back to try again with some tips she helped me with. place looks good and its quiet not so crowded and the manager seems friendly and very helpful. not like other places I use to rent at. recommend this place even though I did not meet full standards. (yet :)
