I’ve lived at Mission Pacific for two years and have been very disappointed by the management’s lack of responsiveness and accountability. During my time here, my laundry has been stolen from the laundry room — the incident was caught clearly on camera, with the other tenant being caught, yet management took no meaningful action to address it or resolve the issue. No joke, speaking with the property manager is like talking to a chat bot who will run you in circles. They would rather residents call law enforcement to deal with theft on their property than address the issue, which is security and lack of following community safety standards. When I mentioned what had happened, I got an email quoting my lease, telling me if anything is ever left unattended (the entire duration of doing laundry), it can be stolen and not their responsibility, even if on security cameras. Yet, they have no where in the laundry room to sit or wait for laundry to be done, I’ve had to start a small claims court case against the apartments to get a resolution. We also had items stolen from our car in the “secure” garage, which raised serious concerns about safety and building oversight. In both cases, management showed little urgency or concern for resident well-being. Additionally, the property suffers from ongoing maintenance issues, particularly with the trash chutes and dog urine smell everywhere. The unpleasant smell from the garbage areas often spreads into the hallways and common spaces, making the environment uncomfortable. For the rent prices charged, I expected a much higher level of professionalism, communication, and care from management. Unfortunately, that was not the case. I would not recommend Mission Pacific until these persistent issues are properly addressed. The one positive about living here is its central location, but if you are looking for a safe and clean environment, this is not it.

Definitely one of the nicer places I've lived! Apartment amenities recently upgraded and there's decent closet space/storage given the size of the units. There's a locked parking garage under the complex, and only residents have the entry key cards. Common spaces are really nice and well maintained (but idk why there's a sauna?) There's a small dog park and walking trail in the complex, super pet friendly. The children are usually louder than the animals 😂 there are a lot of kids and families here, and a bunch of twenty-somethings. There's only one pool and jacuzzi, they're both pretty big, but there's never been anyone else there when I've gone. But absolutely the #1 amenity is the service that comes to take your trash out from your front door 4x/week. I didn't know that was an option before and now I want it at every place I live. Staff is phenomenal and super engaged with residents, I've never waited more than 24 hours for a maintenance request to be resolved. I think they changed management/owners over the last few years, the previous one was apparently terrible but the current management is great. Victoria & Jen in leasing are so friendly and accommodating, and immediately jumped to help me find a new tenant to take over my lease when I had to move unexpectedly. They're definitely what makes the place special, I'm sad because the next place won't have nearly as many amenities or as responsive and involved staff. There's not many vacancies at MP though so it can be hard to get a unit!
