Friday Oct 3rd. Mr. Wesley Vang conducted a tour that was Professional and Courteous and Throughout the tour spoke very highly of the property and he calmly showed our Military Family what we desired. As a retired disabled veteran living with our Adult Children it was a perfect spot to live out my Retired lifestyle. My Queen of 45 years smiled as we toured what baby wants baby gets.We will put this Parker Residence at the top of your list. Thanks Mr. Wesley Vang a true professional.

Loved our tour today with Wesley, he was very friendly and informative. The townhomes are very quaint and I like to feel of the neighborhood. Went for the tour but stayed due to Wesley superb customer service

Where to begin. Poor maintenance. Poor water quality and pressure. Poor inadequate cooling system. Poor plumbing. Ridiculous water/sewage bills ie $600 to $700 / month. It's split between the whole community. Not just your usage. Trash service is $150 or better. Nothing is consistent. Lastly, the highway noise will keep you up at night so don't even plan on enjoying your balcony or worse, opening your windows for fresh air 24/7. Nothing works properly. $3400/month turns to over $4000 at the drop of a hat or bill that is. While we paid for our daughter's rent here for college, every visit was something new that related the above post so no, you wouldn't find my name on her lease but I'm sure you could find her last name (same as mine) in unit 32 along with numerous complaints and requests for resolution of the faulty things in the apartment as well as the outragious utility charges. All they would say is there is nothing they could do to fix anything.

I love living here. Very clean and spacious. The only reason I give it three stars is because of all the stairs. It’s really not Elderly or Handicapped friendly. For the amount of rent, the appliances need to be replaced. And $100 for parking is insane but other properties charge too. All the staff here is Wonderful. Especially Julian and Michelle. It’s two others but I don’t them by name yet. I’ve heard bad things about the area but it’s bad in a lot of areas. I haven’t witnessed anything. I Pray GOD protects Us all. I have had a wonderful experience doing rental business with the Parker Residences. I want to thank all staff for being respectful and explaining everything to us and making it a safe and wonderful environment for me and my family. One who stood out and made all this possible was a man by the name of Julian Aguilar. He was wonderful and professional and patient with us throughout the whole process of us moving in and making this next step. To Julian , we say thank you ! And we appreciate you for all your help. The Parker residence does a wonderful job in picking out staff and who they chose to represent their company.
