Alex and the rest of themaintenance crew and the office staff are awesome. They take pride in their job and provide the best service I have ever experienced over 20 tears in California.

We had a great experience living at Willow Springs Apartments. The staff was always friendly, responsive, and genuinely helpful, which made day-to-day living much smoother. The facilities were another major highlight—especially the well-maintained gym and pool, which we used regularly. We also really enjoyed the walking track, which was perfect for morning walks or evening strolls. The location was convenient and peaceful, offering easy access to nearby shops, restaurants, and parks. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable place to live, and we would highly recommend it to others looking for a well-rounded living environment.

A great place to live all around, everything about the buildings and neighborhood are very high quality and maintained well, and all of the employees are really friendly. In particular I had a great experience recently with Alex, who went above and beyond with a repair on the sliding door and has always done excellent work in the past. I’ve also had great experiences with Daniel and Stuart as well. The management is also really nice and always very responsive.

I recently moved into a Willow Springs apartment, and had a few issues with my beautiful place. Most important was water heater issue. Alex Lopez responded to me shortly after entered the water heater issue work request. Alex reached out to me directly to see if was okay to come over and check it out. After he fixed my water heater issue, he started fixing other outstanding issues previously identified… i.e. line slat kept falling off & sliding door was hard to move.
