Really wonderful place! All the front staff is really friendly and the maintenance guy Ben is very quick! Loud building to live at but that is the price of the perfect location.

Hey, capital hill! been here for a short time but it's the best apartment I've rented hands down. It's very clean and quiet, facing Broadway I was concerned but, no problem. And the view is literally like looking at a living portrait every day. The management is friendly and very approachable and as far as I can tell will address any concerns in a timely manner. I'm a very private person but, in this community you can choose to be in the mix or not. I'm updating my review and I've actually added a star living in this community just keeps getting better, I find it refreshing and diverse that all cultures are acknowledged respectfully without being overbearing, this is something I've never experienced anywhere else in Seattle. I've been here now since September "25"and I find if a wheel is going to run off it would have by now. I will keep you posted as, I am only to happy to share my experience because I have had some nightmare situations that I didn't realize until I was committed and locked in. So I feel it is my duty to keep fellow renters a breast of a good option, I am here in a MFTE unit and it is a beautiful unit, all appliances are new, full size w/d and the amenities are perfect for city living. The community is diverse in age and I'm feeling very comfortable with security, Which in my opinion is definitely there, since I've been here I haven't seen any evidence of people coming in, or hanging out, so if someone had issues with this before it's not evident now. Of course you also have to take into account anytime you live down town anywhere there is going to occasionally be issues. However I feel very safe and have faith if anything were to arise it would be addressed appropriately.

I’ve had the most amazing rent experience here at Connection on Broadway, all the way from the office to the maintenance staff they handle whatever comes through the door in the most professional and kind way. The area this building is in definitely has its challenges of all sorts as it’s one of the most busiest areas in Seattle. I can’t thank them enough from Brynna to Kylie, Jada, Dan, Alex in the office and the maintenance staff who handle requests promptly and professionally. Ben and Ashante are the best!

I’ve lived here the past few months and I absolutely love it! The leasing team has all been really helpful, Jada was great handling our move in, and Alex and Dan are really helpful when I go into the office. We haven’t needed too much maintenance help, but Ashante and Ben are so nice and professional. The unit is also amazing, a great size, good price, and a gorgeous view of the park. 10/10 would recommend
